This pneumatically operated bench top system Model TAS-2020 is ideal as a single point unit. Its sister model, the TAS-2020HD is equipped with a 2½" (63mm) air cylinder. Both units include a number of impressive features such as: adjustable mechanical stop for accurate tool adjust-ment, dual ram speed for decreased cycle time, digital readout dwell timer for repeat-able process controls, and a microprocessor–based digital display controller for accurate temp-erature regulation. These units are easily adaptable for integration into rotary or in-line automated assembly systems. As stand-alone units, they are natural additions for any prototype or full production line.
