General Information

Wide Range of Applications. Typical applications include determining the concentration levels of jams, jellies and confectionery products as well as measurement of percent concentration of solutions in other products.

Measure percent concentrations in the plant with laboratory accuracy. As small, light and simple to use as optical refractometers but with a digital readout (0.75" LCD display) to eliminate misreadings that can occur with the optical refractometer. The sophisticated microprocessor provides automatic calibration, automatic shutoff after 3 minutes, a low battery indicator, and a low power consumption resulting in over 2,000 tests per battery. Water resistant design protects the electronics from wet environments and makes for easy clean ups. This model features automatic temperature compensation. Model comes with battery, instruction book and carrying case.
