These photometers are small and their sturdy design assures readiness for taking varied light measurements. Used by architects, designers, scientists, and industrial engineers, these units rapidly compare ambient illumination to video screen brightness to determine the suitability of the visual environment. They are also used to measure vehicle headlamps on the assembly line, survey stage lighting or measure a light source or reflecting source. Two models are available for most survey measurements and comparative or receptive light readings and have an approximate match to the (CIE) standard eye response.
Just press the "Measure Button" to get continuous readings; release it, and it freezes the last reading for convenient reference. The "Range Button" adjusts the measurement display for the resolution desired. Approximate size is 4 x 2.8 x 1.2 inches and weighs 4 oz.
