| Controls, alarms, etc. can be wired in at #1 and #2 one for each channel. Bus connectors connect data loggers together in a series at #3 and 4. Up to 150 data loggers can be set up in one series. Number 5 indicates the LCD display. Number 6 is the serial interface for transfer of data via RS232 cable or telephone modem, and number 7 is the reset button. Number 8 is the LED status indicator, and numbers 9 and 10 are the inputs for sensors, one for channel A and one for channel B. |

The Opus 200 and 300 modules work with virtually any type of sensor for measuring values such as temperature,
humidity, pH, dissolved oxygen, gases, wind, wind speed, wind direction, pressure, etc. Each module has two
channels to which sensors can be connected. Each channel has its own datalogger with microprocessor, memory and clock, so if there should be a failure, only one datalogger is down. This reduces the risk of lost data. Current readings can be viewed on the module’s LCD display.
These modules are DIN rail mountable and their modular design allows you to develop a flexible system. Each module acts as an interface for data transmission by use of bus connectors these modules can be connected in series up to150 units.
Data can be downloaded to your computer either by RS232 cable or by telephone modems. Comes with Smart Control software that easily configures the system, downloads data, and displays values as charts or graphs or as a digital display. Data can be printed out in the form that is most suitable for your analysis, and a variety of values can be placed on the same graph for comparison and analysis. The Smart Control software includes a safety feature that prevents the data from being manipulated or changed.
While the Opus 200 series is highly accurate, the Opus 300 series has even higher accuracies (see following specifications). For added security and to prevent interference, the Opus 200i and 300i are galvanically isolated from the power supply. All models operate on a 120v AC adapter or the Opus 200/300 operate on a 12-volt battery and the Opus 200i/300i operate on a 24-volt battery.
