Opus 208 Datalogger

The Opus 208 datalogger has eight numerical input
channels and four open collector outputs which can
be programmed independent of the channel. The
universal input structure allows the connection of
nearly all common sensors. Configuration of the
inputs is accomplished through the software.
Every unit can be the interface for data transmission
to the PC. In a network, more than one unit can be
the interface for data transmission but no more than
30 units total. The data transmission is via an
RS 232 cable with 19,200 baud.

The sensor inputs are capable of measuring resistance, current, voltage and digital pulses/frequency. The four protected open-collector outputs can be programmed channel independent as active outputs.
All measuring results are displayed by rotating through the two-line LCD display.
The unit comes with SmartControl software which can be upgraded for additional options. Units are mountable on a 35 mm DIN rail.
