- Has a powerful drive motor and very compact housing making it suitable for roof sheeting and tarps
- Works great on uneven roofing surfaces because of its 3-point contact with the surface
- The "hold down" unit on the side of the housing prevents material distortion
- Starts automatically when the welding head is moved into position
- Produces a 45-mm overlap weld
- Temperature is infinitely variable up to 650°C (1200°F)
