Basic High Speed Torch




This is the basic Model 30-10 Torch equipped with 12' of vinyl hose, combination tip and choice of one "Located Heat" element. Specify 250, 350, 450, or 550 watt element with order. High-heat elements (650 & 750 watts) can either be purchased separately (which will also require purchase of the special long barrel) or by adding "HH" as a suffix to the unit’s model number (Example: 30-10HH). On "HH" orders, the torch will be supplied with long barrel only and one high heat element of your choice. Model 30-10 is shipped in a metal case with a torch rest, a gauge and a regulator. Additional elements and accessories can be added at any time.

Model 30-10 is a rugged, high quality production tool. It is the most versatile and advanced thermoplastic welding torch on the market today. Lightweight and compact design make Model 30-10 easy on the operator and convenient for tight work areas. Needs compressor to supply compressed air to operate the torch or may be hooked directly to an inert gas such as nitrogen. Length-10", weight -15 ounces, 110/120 V 60-cycle AC.

Here is the complete welding outfit for production and general shop use. Leading choice of fabricators, the Model 30-102 Outfit includes the basic torch with a choice of any two "Located Heat" elements (same wattage if desired.) Model 30-102 Outfit features a new portable welding stand with com-bination gas regulator and filter, thermometer, combination tip. The welding stand is hammertone-finished steel with aluminum heat shield and convenient torch rest with retaining clip. Model 30-102 Outfit in-cludes a metal case.
