| E-6000 provides adhesion strength and versatility not found in silicones and rubber cements. The multiplicity of applications employing its features of a tough adhesive and an abrasion-resistant flexible sealant permit repair and maintenance projects that previously were difficult and expensive to address. Adheres aggress- ively to almost any surface — fabric, plastic, wood, tile, leather, metal, etc. . . . fill holes, bridge gaps . . . fixes vinyl upholstery tears, holes in canvas, leaky pipes, loose tiles, loose wood screws . . . even glues metal hooks to concrete walls. Out performs 26 other adhesives and sealants from 11 of the largest U.S. manu- facturers on a standard 180 peel adhesive test for 8 difficult materials glued to a 1" wide cloth tape. Flexibility and Vibration Resistance This material has tremendous elasticity, with a capacity to stretch to 600% of its length. This elasticity factor permits E-6000 to operate as an effective adhesive between surfaces that have dissimilar expansion coefficients or as a sealant between components which will exhibit large changes in spacing during use.
