The Air File is a patented laminate/plastic edge-finishing tool that eliminates hand filing.
How It Works
The Air File™ uses a high-torque, high-speed air motor to turn its carbide cutter bit at a rapid rate of 25,000 RPM. The patented combination of this bit and an adjustable guide works to give the perfect radius cut on 90 degree laminate joints in a single pass. Adjust the cut to the laminate thickness. Then a squeeze of the trigger and a gentle push is all the effort it takes to get a perfect finished edge with the Air File™.
